Price reduced to CAD $79,000 to offer exceptional value in today’s market.

Currently the lowest-priced Cessna 172 advertised in Canada.

Based at CNZ8, Grimsby, Ontario.

Classic, low-time, hangared Cessna 172 with approximately 2,750 hours total time and approximately 970 hours since overhaul on the smooth Continental O-300-C six-cylinder engine.

This is a simple, honest VFR aircraft with complete logbooks from the factory test flight to the present, a continuous flying history, no accident history and documented corrosion prevention treatment. It is regularly flown.

The aircraft is fully airworthy and ready to fly. For operation in Canada, all the buyer requires is a valid pilot licence, medical certificate and insurance.

Recent maintenance includes:

• Annual completed November 2025
• ELT recertified December 2025
• Five-year propeller inspection completed May 2026
• Cylinders replaced with Superior cylinders in 2017 (compression readings exceed 70/80 on all cylinders)

Equipment includes a Kannad 406 ELT, Insight G2 engine monitor, MX300 radio and Mode C transponder.

The current hangar in Grimsby is available to rent if the buyer chooses to keep the aircraft there, so the aircraft does not have to move.

The sale also includes a complete set of wing, tail and canopy covers, valued at approximately CAD $3,000, along with a tow bar and seat-rail iPad mount.

Aircraft logbooks and supporting maintenance documentation will be made fully available to serious buyers.
