We are looking for an AME to work on our Stinson 108-1 restoration project. Full time, part time, any day/s. We are flexible on most things.
The aircraft was stripped down, AME inspected, epoxy coated, recovered and painted. We started the reassembly but daily work/tasks get in the way and it is moving too slowly for our liking.
You would be responsible to perform and sign-off all tasks performed. The end goal is a certified aircraft. Aircraft is registered with a current CofA.
With the exception of the airframe, everything going in is new. O-360 STC (Cooper).
Aircraft is hangered, with 24-hour access and plenty space to work. Budget expectation is 200 hours work but whatever it takes to do the job right is what we are looking for.
Will pay standard AME hourly rates, all parts, supplies, etc. Located CLS6.
