Rudder in excellent condition ,fully covered and painted , off a flying PA-18 with O-360 ,no top light mount , it could be modified using a FAA AMOC , by installing the 4130 steel tubing ,however the rudder had been repaired at some time near the bottom rudder post by welding in a 6 inch tube in that area which does not allow the 4130 x 3/4 x .049 tube to be installed from the bottom . However the tube could be installed from the top by a AMO or AME or home builder . Crate and 4130 with tube available .
