Our humble, Mooney partnership is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, tenant to share a heated, 2250 sq. foot hangar space on Apron IV at Waterloo International Airport. Dimensions 50′ x 45′. Heated, spacious with full-wide, bi-fold doors.

Sorry, multi-engine and turbine owners. We only have space for a single engine only. (See the floor plans in the gallery below.). Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Diamond, Vans, Mooney, Bellanca, others welcome.

Quite affordable! $932.46 per month plus HST (includes rent, utilities, services and share of property taxes).
